What is Taijiquan?

Taijiquan (tai chi) is a Chinese system of martial art that was developed about 400 years ago. The solo form is a series of soft, flowing movements. The practitioner is calm and focused, aiming to integrate the whole body into every move. Practice improves health, energy, focus and relaxation.

Classes have a fun, relaxed atmosphere and are taught by a qualified, experienced teacher.
